Sreekanth Ravi is a visionary serial entrepreneur and strategic leader who excels at identifying and rapidly developing disruptive technologies and bringing them to market. With his brother Sudhakar, Sreekanth has founded three successful tech startups to date. He is currently executive chairman of the board for RSquared, an artificial intelligence (AI) pioneer in the emerging Workforce Intelligence market. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Code Green Networks, a maker of data-loss prevention and content security solutions for enterprises that resulted in a successful M&A with Digital Guardian in 2015. Prior to that, Sreekanth was co-founder and CEO of SonicWall, a firewall company that led to an IPO (SNWL) and was subsequently purchased by Dell in 2012. Sreekanth earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Dan Udoutch is a passionate chief executive officer (CEO) and multi-time industry leader who has brought multiple successful technology innovations to market. Dan has deep experience in enterprise sales, marketing, professional services, and partnerships. He has led organizations ranging from startups to enterprises with annual revenues of more than $250 million. Currently co-founder and CEO of RSquared, an artificial intelligence (AI) pioneer in the Workforce Intelligence market, Dan was previously CEO of Alpine Data Labs, an AI/ML platform firm he positioned for a successful exit via M&A to Tibco. Prior to that, he was CEO and president of Code Green Networks, a data-loss prevention company that he established as a leader in the healthcare vertical and led to a successful M&A to Digital Guardian. Dan has held prior executive roles at NavTeq, Netscape and Commerce One. Dan has a B.A. from San Jose State University in Math and Computer Science.

Sudhakar Ravi is a hands-on technologist who is skilled at driving innovative developments from the lab to market. With his brother Sreekanth, Sudhakar has founded three successful startups. He is currently Chief Architect of RSquared, an artificial intelligence (AI) pioneer in the nascent Workforce Intelligence market. Previously, he was co-founder and CTO of Code Green Networks, a maker of data loss prevention and content security solutions for enterprises that resulted in a successful M&A with Digital Guardian in 2015. Prior to that, Sudhakar was co-founder and CTO of SonicWall, an early next-generation firewall company that was taken public (SNWL) and was subsequently purchased by Dell in 2012. Sudhakar has a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Dr. Lawrence Spracklen is an experienced leader, with over two decades of experience in developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions. At RSquared Lawrence leads the engineering and data science teams focused on applying AI to the Workforce Intelligence market. Prior to joining RSquared, Lawrence led research and development teams at several other ML startups; SupportLogic, Alpine Data and Ayasdi. Before this, Lawrence spent over a decade working at Sun Microsystems, Nvidia and VMware, where he led teams focused on the intersection of hardware architecture and software performance and scalability. Lawrence holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, a B.Sc. in Computational Physics from the University of York and has been issued over 65 US patents.

Mark Nittler is an experienced senior software executive, most recently in the role of vice president of Product Strategy at Workday. Mark served more than 25 years at Workday, setting the strategic direction for their enterprise applications and leading other key initiatives including accounting, ERP, procurement, contract management, compliance, and security. Mark’s experience includes executive leadership positions in both product strategy and marketing, including vice president of application strategy at PeopleSoft, vice president of strategic marketing at Commerce One, and vice president of strategic marketing at Symantec. A California CPA, Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in management from University of California, Irvine.

Arvin Patel is a prolific inventor and recognized thought leader on IP strategy and technological innovations in a variety of sectors from AI to Entertainment. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer at Intellectual Ventures where he oversees a diverse portfolio of assets across multiple industries. He fosters strategic partnerships globally by unveiling opportunities to activate a portfolio’s potential and generate revenue opportunities yet to be realized.
Prior, Arvin was the Executive Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Officer at TiVo, where he was responsible for its patent and licensing business. In this position, he oversaw the growth and integration of TiVo’s assets across several strategic focus areas while also protecting its most storied inventions.
Mr. Patel has also served as Chief Intellectual Property Officer at Technicolor, where he was widely recognized as an expert in intellectual property strategy for the entertainment tech industry. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President of IP and Licensing at Rovi Corporation and served as the Global Head of IBM’s IP strategy group, where he executed key patent licensing and divestiture deals worldwide.
Mr. Patel has a B.A. in legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley, a doctorate in law from the California Western School of Law and has received several certifications from Harvard Law School.

Christina Bui serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Kranz, a finance consulting and CFO advisory firm. She’s responsible for revenue-related functions, including driving sales, launching new service lines, expanding into new markets, driving growth, and building effective partnerships. Her experience spans a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, engineering, construction, finance, management consulting, executive services, venture capital, and private equity. Prior to joining Kranz, Christina was VP of Client Solutions for Robert Half, leading the integration between their professional staffing divisions and the consulting organization of its wholly-owned subsidiary Protiviti. She also serves on the boards of Siembra Mobile, Omni Bev, and 3toZen. A refugee of Vietnam's Fall of Saigon, Christina believes in giving back to the community and serves on the Board of How Women Lead, Association for Corporate Growth Global, Hands Deliver, and Advisory Board at Asian Pacific Fund and How Women Invest.

Amit Mohindra is founder and CEO of People Analytics Success, the premier advisory, coaching and education firm in the people analytics space. He applies his engineering background and over 20 years of business and people analytics experience in guiding organizations and individuals toward success in their talent management and people analytics journeys. Amit has built and led people analytics teams at companies such as Apple, Wayfair, and McKesson. He began his professional career as a labor economist at The World Bank and has worked in business consulting and corporate HR for organizations such as Goldman Sachs, IBM, Lucent Technologies (now part of Nokia) and Willis Towers Watson. He held global leadership roles in HR, compensation, benefits, talent management, diversity & inclusion, M&A, operations, and mobility. Amit is based in Boston and teaches at Stanford Continuing Studies remotely. He has taught in executive educations programs at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Amit is also a frequent conference speaker.
